Stripe payments for ticketing
Ticket payments go through the organiser’s own connected Stripe account. Lookport’s published platform commission is 6%; payment processing and payout timing follow the Stripe account’s terms.
Keep the payment relationship direct
Ticket payments run through the organiser’s connected Stripe account. That gives the event business a direct payment relationship and a clear place to review its transactions, while Lookport provides the ticketing workflow.
The standard Lookport platform commission is 6%. Stripe processing charges are separate. Settlement timing, supported payment methods and account requirements depend on the Stripe account and market, so plan cash flow using those actual terms.
Set up the workflow
Prepare the organiser account and Stripe verification, connect payments and check currency eligibility. Confirm how fees will be shown to buyers before announcing the event.
Prepare payments before announcing
For a tour across several countries, establish which business is selling each event, the currencies it will use and the account receiving payment. Complete the payment setup before sending fans to a public ticket link.
Review the buyer’s full price and run through the purchase information with the team. After sales begin, compare ticketing exports with payment records for reconciliation. A language or country selection on this website changes the browsing experience, not the legal seller or payment account.
