The enquiry form creates a draft in your own email application. The website does not submit the form to a marketing database. If you send the email, Lookport receives the information you include and uses it to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested service.

Country and language preferences

Our server can use your IP address to estimate your country using a locally stored country database. It does not send your IP address to a third-party geolocation API. This estimate can be inaccurate, including when using a VPN. You can change the country at any time in the footer.

Your country and language choices are saved in your browser’s local storage as lookport-country and lookport-locale. They remain until you clear your site data or change your choices. These preferences are not used for advertising. Translations load from this website; your text is not sent to a translation service.

Website operation

The website loads its fonts, photographs and visual assets from its own host. It does not install analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
