Ticket discount codes

Create promotional codes with limits by validity period, number of uses and ticket type. Keep each offer aligned with the campaign it supports.

Keep each promotion within its boundaries

Lookport promotional codes support validity periods, usage limits and eligible ticket types. Combine these controls so a partner offer reaches the intended audience without accidentally applying to every ticket on sale.

Decide the offer before choosing the code name. Specify when it starts and ends, how many uses are available and which ticket types are included. Keep those conditions aligned with the wording in the campaign.

Set up the workflow

Define the code, eligible ticket types, usage allowance and start or end window. Check the offer before sharing it, then keep campaign names and code names consistent for review.

A limited partner allocation

Give a venue partner an offer for general admission during a defined announcement window, with a capped number of uses. Keep VIP tickets outside that code if their package price should remain unchanged.

Before sharing the code, check it against both an eligible ticket and an excluded ticket. Tell the partner the expiry and availability conditions, then review uptake alongside the campaign rather than measuring success only by how many times the link was opened.
