Meet-and-greet bookings have different constraints from a main event: limited time, a smaller capacity and a specific arrival point. Lookport supports dedicated slots and a separate access check so the experience can be managed on its own terms.

Before doors, without the confusion

Suppose an artist offers two sessions before the show. Give each session a clear time and allocation, then explain the meeting point and entry instructions in the offer. The host can check access separately from general concert admission.

Brief the host and venue staff on late arrivals and questions about the booking. A guest’s access to the meet-and-greet and their admission to the main event should follow the package they actually purchased.
