VIP ticketing
VIP is useful only when buyers understand what it includes. Use a distinct ticket type and describe its admission, timing and benefits in language the event team can deliver.
Sell a package people can understand
A VIP offer should answer four questions: does it include admission, where can the guest go, when should they arrive and what additional benefits will they receive? Give the package a clear name and describe each inclusion alongside the ticket.
Set the quantity around the benefit with the tightest capacity. A lounge, reserved section or artist experience may accommodate fewer people than the main venue. The premium allocation should reflect what the team can deliver.
Set up the workflow
Define the package, its capacity and its price. Keep standard admission and premium benefits separate in the copy, and confirm fulfilment with the artist and venue.
A premium concert experience
Offer standard admission alongside a premium package with a reserved viewing area and early arrival. State the arrival window and meeting point, and tell buyers whether the package admits one person or a group.
If artist access is included, connect the plan with dedicated meet-and-greet slots and its separate access check. Keep the event team, host and venue working from the same package description so the experience at the door matches the purchase.
