Tour management

A tour team needs both a view of the run and the detail behind each date. Lookport brings events and sales insights together, while each show retains its own audience, venue and ticket inventory.

One tour, independent dates

A tour is a connected programme, but each stop has its own room size, ticket mix and time on sale. Keep those differences visible. A sold-out small room and a half-full arena can represent very different opportunities even when they have sold the same number of tickets.

Use the tour view to decide where to investigate, then open the individual event to review its inventory and audience. This keeps a decision about one city from becoming an accidental decision about every show.

Set up the workflow

Plan one event per stop, review the release and campaign context, then compare cities at similar points in the sales window. Confirm account, currency and settlement responsibilities before launch.

A weekly tour review

Imagine a six-city tour with staggered announcements. Compare each date at the same number of days before the performance. Check whether a slow date has had the same artist support and advertising exposure as the others.

For that city, review the event page, available ticket types and campaign activity. Export the figures for your team or ask your connected AI agent for a city-by-city summary. Keep the next action specific: improve the offer, change the campaign or review the next ticket release.

NEXT UP: YOUR NEXT BIG THING.
