How to create VIP ticket packages
Define a premium offer that fans understand and the event team can deliver, with clear capacity, access and fulfilment.
Define the experience before the price
Start with the actual benefit: a seat, a viewing area or another agreed part of the event. Confirm artist and venue commitments before writing the offer. Do not use a package name to imply benefits that have not been arranged.
Check capacity and timing
The premium experience may have a different capacity from the main room. Work out how guests arrive, where they go and who is responsible for delivery. If it includes artist access, confirm the timing and admission process separately.
Write an exact inclusion list
Explain whether normal event admission is included, what happens on arrival and how any physical items are collected. Make exclusions and practical conditions easy to find before checkout.
Review fulfilment with the team
Use a distinct ticket type where appropriate, but do not assume that a ticket type alone manages package fulfilment. Agree the operational workflow with the venue and the ticketing team, then check the confirmation message against that plan.
